Preventing Sunburn During Outdoor Training
Canggu is near the equator, UV is intense year-round. Apply SPF50+ waterproof sunscreen 30 minutes before training. Wear a rash guard or long-sleeve shirt.
Schedule training before 9 AM or after 4 PM. Use shaded villa areas. Wear a cap during warm-up.
Reapply sunscreen after heavy sweating. If sunburned, apply aloe vera and avoid training the area for 24-48 hours.
